Cascades Academy is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization and is governed by a voluntary Board of Trustees. The board is made up of parents, educators, and professionals whose time and talents greatly contribute to our school.
The board's major responsibilities include:
1) Determining the school's mission and policies
2) Hiring, supporting and evaluating the Head of School
3) Ensuring effective organizational planning
4) Ensuring adequate financial resources
5) Monitoring the school's programs and services
