Craig Ladkin was born and raised in Canada and moved to Bend in 2001. He began his career in Petroleum Engineering in Calgary, Alberta after completing his Geotechnical Engineering Degree at the University of British Columbia. In 1981, he moved to London to complete an MBA at the renowned London Business School and began a career in investment banking in London, England working with AIG Financial Product Corp., with marketing responsibilities for many major European financial institutions and the sovereign agencies and treasuries of the Scandinavian countries. In 1993, he returned to Westport, CT as a Managing Director, North America with marketing responsibilities for Canada and US Pension funds. He is now semi-retired in Bend with his wife Kimberly, son, and daughter and occasionally dabbles in property development.
Craig has been a CACO Board member since its year of inception and has a particular focus on the schools future campus on the 21 acre site in Tumalo.
