Financial Aid

We are thrilled you have found us! We know costs of education, childcare, and experiential programming can be costly. Cascades Academy and Camp CREATE are committed to making educational programming accessible to families from a wide range of economic backgrounds and in order to assure access, we provide need-based assistance on a first come first serve basis, every year. If Camp CREATE is financially prohibitive, we invite you to fill out this year's application.

Camp CREATE Financial Aid Application

In order for us to assess the level of support we are able provide, please fill out the following information and upload a copy of one of the following: (1) Most recent IRS 1040 income tax return, (2) Current eligibility/award letter for SNAP, TANF or Oregon Health Plan or (3) Other documentation of income (SSA/SSI Benefit Statements, or last 3 months of paycheck stubs, etc.). All application materials will be kept confidential.

If you are a Cascades Academy family that receives financial assistance, no IRS 1040 income tax return is needed with your application.
